Let’s work together
-
A dedicated space to talk openly about what you’re navigating right now—whether it’s about parenting challenges, emotional overwhelm, relationships, or simply needing a place where you don’t have to hold it all together.
Together, we’ll process what’s coming up, make space for clarity, and practice new tools that help you step into the life you imagine.
Best for: First time therapy, ongoing support, regular check-ins, and steady progress
$200 for the initial session
$300 for a 75-minute session
$400 for a 90-minute session
-
A focused, extended session designed for when you need more time and depth than a traditional session allows.
This is ideal for working through big life events, a specific challenge, a big decision, or a season of life—giving you space to slow down, untangle what’s happening, and leave with greater clarity, tools, and direction.
Best for: big transitions, complex situations, or when you feel stuck and need a reset
$1,000 for a 3-hour session
-
Clients begin with a single individual session.
In that session, we’ll decide together what kind of support feels right—whether that’s continuing with regular sessions or scheduling a more focused intensive.
WHAT WE’LL DO TOGETHER
Support for parents navigating complex, deeply personal journeys
Make space for what you’re carrying
Parenting a neurodivergent or LGBTQ+ child can bring up a wide range of emotions—love, fear, uncertainty, and exhaustion.
This is a space where you can talk openly about all of it, without judgment or holding anything back.
Work through real-life challenges
From IEP meetings to identity conversations to navigating family dynamics, we’ll focus on the situations you’re actively facing.
Together, we’ll sort through what’s happening and find ways to move forward with more clarity and confidence.
Reconnect with yourself
When so much of your energy goes toward supporting your child, it’s easy to lose touch with your own needs and voice.
This work helps you come back to yourself so you can show up with more steadiness, clarity, and support.
