Under federal law, health care providers are required to provide clients who are not using insurance with a Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for medical and mental health services.
If you are receiving therapy services from Margaret Hughes Therapy, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate outlining the anticipated cost of services.
This estimate will include:
The cost per session
The expected frequency of sessions
The estimated total cost of services
You will receive this estimate before your first therapy appointment or upon request.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.

This Good Faith Estimate requirement applies only to psychotherapy services and does not apply to coaching, courses, or educational programs.
Complaints
If you have concerns about services provided, you are encouraged to discuss them directly with Margaret Hughes.
